One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I had booked a room at Fabhotell Well Back - but they had changed the name to Hotel Lancaster without informing Hotels.com or guests - discovered this when the driver went in to ask where Fabhotell Well Back is after driving to check in the immediate area for 1 hour. No hot water at all and had to pay 0.3€ for an extra coffee that I asked for at breakfast. A breakfast that I had paid for and was just ridiculously bad. It was realy notthing. My room was nice and spacious but no chair to sit on, no toilet paper, 1 towel and very noisy from the traffic outside and the area around the hotel is just terrible. The staff tried to be nice but they didn't quite succeed
