Condition of the hotel and the room - Feedback
Hi, Just to let you know. The locks of my room was broken even before I got in 2days ago and showed the owner. It had not been repaired, hence I have to carry my luggage with me when I was outside. You mentioned that you would mend it but it was not for last 2days. There was hardly much for the breakfast, just basic. I had not had my breakfast for last 2 days. There was only one shared bathroom in the house and hence we almost had a Queen the morning to get in. Please mention that on your advertisement on the Hotels.com website. That’s why I now realised that you have a rating of 2/10. It’s better to be open and honest. Please consider a refund of at least £30 due to my account due to the above. My room at the attick had not shelves or wardrobe and one that was accessible was full of dirty and smelly bed sheet and pillows. So the experience wasn’t good. Thanks.
