Somewhat okay
I love the room layout. We got the 2 bedrooms. However, it was not entirely clean. I found some hair on the floor in multiple places. Furniture is really old. It has better price that other place on the football weekend.

Would absolutely recommend!
Hotel was in the process of renovating. BUT the new updated rooms are wonderful. It was clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel complimentary breakfast far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Everything was great!
This was the first leg of our trip. We were pleasantly SURPRISED how tasty and varied the breakfast was. I wanted to have more than I needed. Good thing we were there three nights so I could (eventually) enjoy it all! Room comfy. Service great. Friendly and accommodating staff. (Hubby is GF) Second leg was at the Aria in Las Vegas. This was an invitation we couldn’t turn down because we were told the Arai is a luxury hotel. Okay. I’ll go there on the way home for a free two night stay. Luxury? VERY disappointed, considering I’d just stayed at the Residence. Hair in the shower. Dirty sink. TV remote didn’t work. The fancy electronic curtains worked sporadically. Really? No thank you. I’d stay at the Residence every time before I’d stay at the aria again. Kudos to you.

The hotel requires complete renovation as it s very dated and state of furniture in the room is appalling. Breakfast is too basic. Very limited choice for vegetarians This property requires renovation at the earliest.

This was not what I expected from a Residence Inn. It was dirty and needs upgrading. I have enjoyed the Residence Inns in many cities and was surprised at the lack of details in this location. I would only stay here again if it was an emergency.

2/10 Poor

Worst hotel I'd ever stayed. I don't take usually take time to write reviews (positive or negative), but I'm making exception for this as I got duped by 4.5 rating (non refundable room and 10$ discount are signs which I'd missed). They took some run down property, constructed or renovated the lobby and added Marriott name. I'm still confused why would Marriott wanted to be associated with a property like this. Elevators are so dirty, so are corridors. I saw lot of these trash bags outside doors. In our room, Bathroom floors are sticky, bathroom door won't open unless you're applying force. Bed is so old, we're even scared to sleep on it. You can see the previous carpet on the walls, which is torn. and the AC blower has some water running sound. Very bad experience. If you're paying $150, stay way from this. I want to add that staff are courteous, and they're doing what they can. No point in yelling at them. Not sure how, but this hotel had definitely gamed the hotels.com reviews.

Pretty gross
Everything was just so dirty. Stains all over the couch, splatters of stuff on the doors. All the floor were sticky. So sticky your shoes would get stuck. Appliances didn't work. The pool was filthy even though it had just been closed for hours to be cleaned. It was murky and full of hair and band aids. The sheets and towels appeared clean but everything else was really gross. Really disappointing.

Terrible.
Hotel smells like urine , the bed in my room was broken and mattress was basically on the floor , the blankets were also smelly and dirty. They sent maintenance to fix it and it still fell back down . The bathrooms were extremely dirty just a horrible experience. If they give you room 426 , request a new one.
