Reasonable price but a few small problems
The room was clean. If you like a firm bed, you’re in luck. But I’m used to a bed with a firm fitting pillow top, so I wasn’t very comfortable. The sink in the bathroom drained very very slowly. The rest of the room was in very good condition. The elevator had what looked like cracker fragments in the corner of the floor..not removed over our three day stay. We were given $25 off per day because of understaffing problems in the breakfast area…I thought this was a nice gesture. The staff was incredibly friendly and outgoing…a definite positive. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.

Our room was incredibly hot! In January, in Minnesota! We had to turn the AC on but turned it off when we went to bed as we had a kid sleeping next to it on the pull out bed. Is was uncomfortably warm and we did not sleep well. Also, numerous times there was no one at the front desk. I wanted to ourchase a water but couldn't. Another night there was a guest locked out and we had to let them in. We called down the the front desk with no answer. The room was clean except the used plastic knife near a window sill.

Great experience.
Customer service was outstanding! Helpful, friendly, easy to get a late check-out, readily available extra towels and bathroom supplies. Happy to place us on the requested floor and end of hall. Had not been to a Hampton in awhile, the great price and service will make me return here.

Not cleaned and asked to move around
Visited in November of 2024 and called in advance to triple check the details and make sure that when I added an additional night I would be in the exact same room. Traveling with young children, and I explained to them that we needed to not have to switch rooms. I called twice. And I was assured that everything would be fine. In fact the second man I spoke to was a little bit short with me. Then when we showed up, there was only one room and the category that we had booked left and it was not cleaned. Dirty socks unmade beds dirty fridge dirty microwave etc. The only thing the young woman at the front desk could do was to move us to another room that was half the size and certainly not what I paid for. She said she left a voice message with her manager to deal with it in the morning and to give us a credit. We were never assured anything other than that we would have to move back to the other room now the next day. The exact problem I had called them in advance to try and avoid, was what they were giving us. And they were not willing to help with compensation. So we decided to cut short and change hotels. Overall, very disappointed in the app that we booked it with because they were not able to help us and did not see the lack of hospitality. And disappointed in the local management because they don't have good cleaning services and they weren't willing to respond to help make our visit comfortable.

Staff was very welcoming and the property along with our room was very clean. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! It consisted of fresh juices, cereals, yogurt, fruits, cheese omelet, sausage links, waffles, coffee and tea. There is also a little convenient pantry with various items for purchase. We will be back.

Breakfast, hotel condition, comfort and location was very good. The hotel was unable to accommodate the room type for one of our rooms that we had in our reservations It was posted that stays more then 2 nights would receive housekeeping. This did not happen. Despite talking to the front desk only 2 towels were delivered following this request. The evening staff were unable to explain additional charges on the bill. Customer service needs some work before we would book here again.
