The staff were pleasant and efficient. However, the property needs serious renovating. For example: 1. The window didn’t lock properly and noisy traffic became an issue. 2. I've always stayed at Citadines Uplands when I'm in Kuching as I prefer a serviced apartment to a hotel. It's ok if you are not looking for luxury. Just make sure you are not given a room on the same floor as the pool .and overlooking it.
