I made a reservation for April 20. We arrived at the hotel and it was completely closed down. It had chain link fencing around the property and was boarded up.
I am still waiting for my money back.
Overall the hotel is basic. I did like the carpet; reminded me of an old movie theater. The only time we saw a staff person was when we checked in. Had to call the staff person from their desk phone. Customer service was short and not very interactive. Hotel room was okay. Furnature is very scratched up, bathroom was dirty and can see mold abover shower through the paint plus very dirty bathroom walls! Onsite free breakfast was nothing exciting, McDonalds would have been better! The positive i can say is that the hotel bed was decent and fairly comfortable. For the $$ per night we will stay somewhere else next time.
They need to change their web page from pet friendly to dog friendly. We have a cat and at first we were told that we couldn't check in with a cat. We suggested a $100 deposit minus the $30 dollar pet fee which they will return if the room is okay in the AM.
When we arrived she did not have a reservation for us. She checked the Expedia site and it was there. We assume that Expedia did not send her the reservation. She was very accommodating and said she would straighten it out with you.
