Simple, delightful property on the slough in Seaside. Outdoor patio offers comfortable chairs around brick fireplaces - perfect for drinks, conversations and roasting marshmallows. Owners take pride in the property and it shows. Clean, well maintained grounds and building accompanied by excellent service from people who enjoy working in a good environment make the stay a pleasure.

Hotel was average was a little bit underwhelmed. But nice stay…kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub could have been hotter! Breakfast was mediocre but nice to have that option to save a little money while on a budget! Beds were somewhat uncomfortable and pull out sofa way worse! All woke up with back aches.

Great stay. Whole hotel was very clean. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire pit while my son played on the playground. The DVD collection was also a great touch. Hotel is in walking distance to a lot.

Quick over nighter

We stayed for 1 night.. checked in at midnight and the room was warm and ready for us and it was perfect for what our family needed. We did love the free breakfast and took it back tour room because of little children and the wonderful noon checkout allowed us to take our time.

Nice

They just remodeled the entire hotel, which is great - however, they did not air the rooms enough. The chemical smell of new carpets and paints was very strong, and caused headaches. This was not disclosed in the listing, nor at check-in, and when we called to ask for a different room and were told the entire hotel was effected, the front desk seemed not to care at all for the feedback or concerns. Checkin took forever - evening staff at the front desk did not seem to feel any urgeny to provde service nor were they organized at all. They charged my cards even though we prepaid yet did not disclose why or what the amount would be. Morning staff was nicer. Otherwise it was a pretty nice place, they had a game room, fitness center, indoor, pool, fireplace, and nice outdoor sitting area.

Dirty .. the game room was filthy. The language being used was horrendous. Even the N word was used. The bed was nice and comfortable. The girl at the front desk was rude and mean. I asked for extra pillows she flat out didn’t want to give me. Didn’t say why. She just sat on her rump.

Checked in and carried up all our stuff and went to dinner. When we were leaving the door was hard to close and inspected it there was problems with the frame of the door. The dead bolt did not fit correctly and the metal framing was coming off the wall. Went down to the front desk and they had maintenance come "fix" the door. Came back and inspected the door and all he did was tighten the screws but it still had a big gap. Front desk said there was no more rooms. Felt way unsafe and would not at all recommend this for safety issues! We staying in room 303. Attached are pics of the door frame before maintenance and after maintenance. Totally unacceptable!
