I booked this room for my daughter and she checked in on Wednesday around 11 pm... the woman at the front was so nice and kind.
And thats where the kindness ended(with her).
By saturday housekeeping had not even came to the room once, no clean towels, no toilet paper given and trash was NOT picked up. My daughter let me know all this Saturday afternoon. I immediately called the hotel and spoke with a gentleman that acted almost bothered. When i told him the concerns he responded with "housekeeping already left for the day, she can come get w roll of toilet paper" i told him that is unneccepable. They were not given clean towels ghe whole time either. Not to mention shes 7 month pregnant. I asked him to take fresh items to her.
I also asked for a manager to call me and was told he would be there for the overnight shift and would call me, i have yet to recievr a call. I also asked that a manager call me upon checking out on monday, still no call
The breakfast attendants children were allowed to run all over disturbing paying guests during breakfast on saturday as well.
The pool was flithy, with leaves and cigarette butts all in the water. ( i booked this hotel for a pool)
For the price i paid, this is all unacceptable. Will NEVER stay here again, nor reccomend it
What was the point of checking in online and through the hotels emails? My guests and my wife were unable to check in to the correct reservations and were forced to pay for an extra room. This made for a frustrating end to a long day while trying to move across country. Have yet to see a refund for the extra room and doubt we will.
Barking dogs in room next to us, broken toilet, lack of towels, no stopper for the tub, dirty windows in breakfast area, unfriendly clerk, abandoned like car in parking lot.
Great service/terrible cleanliness and maintenance
The service was great. Especially Debbie at the front desk! We ran out of toilet paper and needed some. I called down and Debbie said she would let housekeeping know. They didn't show up yet so I called back down and asked her should I send my son down. She said yes, and apologized that housekeeping hadn't brought it. My son went to go and Debbie was getting off the elevator to bring the needed items! The check in and checkout process was easy and convenient.
However, the hotel itself is not well maintained. There was a dead bug on the bed. The room smelled musty, the lighting was very poor. The wall in the corner looked as if it had moisture and was coming a part. If it wasn't for Ms Debbie and the check in/check out it would have 1 star.
I will never stay here again. The property on the outside was well capped however the hotel itself is extremely stinky and dirty, hot and humid. The rooms linens and towels are wet to the touch. The floors have condensation on them. Upon entering the room, I lowered the AC from 72 to 68 hoping that would help the humidity level inside the room. The AC was extremely loud, but I had no choice. I had to use it in order to dry the floors and decrease the humidity inside the room.
