It was very sketchy vicinity and clientele, I did not feel safe , there was also an extreme hold for 150 , I have stayed at 5 star hotels without this much held for incidentals .

No hot water
Had absolutely NO hot water at all during my stay. Complained at the front desk and was told it was normal to need to wait 10-20 minutes for hot water to arrive on 5th floor. Have never heard of such a thing and think it’s completely ridiculous for a hotel to not have hot water.

Felt unsafe parking around the back of the property as there is not a door back there to the hotel.Room was noisy from doors slamming shut. Woke me up. Bedding was insufficient as far as warmth m.
