My stay overall was alright, but we had a pretty big issue with our rooms. My boyfriend and me were travelling with our friend who is disabled and needs physical help with many things, I booked a two bedroom thinking it would be alright as me and my boyfriend would share a bed, while our friend would take the other so they could still receive help from us. When we were arrived I was informed that the room was specifically a two person room, which was my mistake, but I could not find any option to book a three person room when I reserved. I said I had no problem paying an extra fee to compensate for my mistake, but I was told this wasn't allowed and we had to book an entire extra room, and that my friend wouldn't even be allowed to stay in the same room as us despite the fact that they needed to have someone with them. We weren't even offered any sort of discount on the second room to make up for this whole issue. The whole thing meant that we had to regularly check in on them when they were in their room, which I felt VERY awkward about as the room doors are unfortunately very old and very loud, so checking on them at night made me worry about disturbing other guest's sleep.
Overall the hotel was not a bad hotel, it was clean, the breakfast was good, and for the most part the staff were polite, but just seemingly untrained for this sort of thing. If you are a pair traveling with a disabled dependent I would not stay here however, and we will not be again, unfortunately.
