Very nice hotel, our room was spacious and everything was clean and orderly. Check in was pleasant, breakfast was good. Our only complaint was the bed; it was lumpy and uncomfortable, at times I feared Iâd roll down a âmattress mountainâ onto the floor.
I stayed b/c it was the last room available and I had a very short night due to a flight cancellation and reschedule. The hotel itself seemed fine. My room smelled moldy upon entry and I later realized I had an AC that leaked water onto a large portion of the carpet all the way up to the bed.
We visited Omaha during the College World Series. The hotel was amazing! Customer Service was outstanding! The rooms and common areas were very neat and clean. Also, they provided a shuttle to and from the games, which I wasnât expecting. Will stay here again !
Airport shuttle was nice and hotel seemed clean. Breakfast was nice. Got in late so wanted to watch some tv and go to bed but the tv wasnât working and it was late so just went to bed. At the prices these days Iâd really like to get what I paid for.
Uneventful except for the checkout. The front desk person woman Lori was short and rude when I asked for assistance with change for tipping the shuttle driver. Also, I was forced to make a second trip down after the change request because my key wouldnât work even thought I arranged for a late checkout. I opened a complaint ticket!
This location was perfect for our family of 5 (kiddos ages 5, 7, and 9). About 15 minutes from the zoo and 10 minutes from Old Market which has great restaurants and a fun vibe! Breakfast each morning had a good variety of options. Only downside to the hotel was that we were hoping for better pool facilities. The pool itself was pretty small with little space around it for seating and overall felt cramped. The water was also pretty cold.
