Average Budget Hotel.

The room we stayed in was almost in a broken condition. Lights had to be hit a couple of times to make it work. The table clock showed wrong time and won't set to the correct time even after multiple tries. The bathroom had fixtures coming out though they were in a working condition. Break fast area is small so became crowded when more people came in. Had difficulty talking to the breakfast and housekeeping staff in English. They were native Spanish speakers wouldn't understand anything in English.

Absolute nightmare !!+++

The front desk staff was rude. Beware incidentals hold is $100. The pool is down. The coffee machine in lobby is down. The exterior door was so settled you could see daylight through it. And it did not lock properly. The bathroom door also did not shut all the way. The shower curtain rod was rusted out. The ac unit was half working. When i made a complaint through hotels.com the property agent said i spoke to him. I never spoke to a man at all. I was never offered compensation. They refuse to refund anything saying we canceled. We stayed the length of our reservation.

Possible theft?

Check-in was pleasant enough, the clerk wasn’t super personable. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had and it will keep me from staying here again, a random charge appeared on my card at 3:03am the night of my stay. When I brought it to the clerk’s attention the following morning, her intersection definitely led me to believe she knew it was a dishonorable action and/or who did it. Her tone when she said, “I’m going to screenshot this and send it to my manager,” also led me to believe that this might have happened before. She did immediately refund the charge. But the whole thing made me very uneasy and I do hope the clerk working who did this was reprimanded.

Bad experience

Hello, we arrived late; hidden to find it; poor customer service, the room had a strange, ugly smell, it was not very clean, I killed several bugs and small cockroaches there, disgusting, they did not clean the room, we called to ask and they said the next day and we were leaving, the place to have breakfast was very small and everything then became disorganized, the place was very dirty, it was a bad experience I do not recommend it, attentive and thank you.

Not even worth the $80 I paid

Someone in the parking lot was honking their horn for literally two hours beginning at 1:30 am. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. Then the honking stopped after something that sounded like an explosion or GUNSHOT. Even if it weren’t for that experience, I couldn’t rest. We stayed on the middle floor and could hear the upstairs guests dropping items LOUDLY and the guests in the room next to us arguing and then they watched Law and Order. It was like we were in the same room as the other guests. I had to leave for the airport at 5 am with two young children while utterly exhausted and scared. Luckily we only paid around $80 for the night. I wish I had paid $20-30 more to stay someone I could actually sleep.

Everything was fine until we came home from a long day at Disney to the room smelling like marijuana. It was ridiculously strong. Our room neighbors (there were 2 thin locked doors between the rooms) had different sleeping habits then we do so they were up late each night watching TV and I know no one can change how thin the walls are, nor habits of other guests but the walls are for sure very thin and it felt like we were having a sleepover with people we didn’t choose. You could hear all their conversations clearly and when they watched TV I thought one of my kids was watching it on their phone but it was their TV. So it was noticeable is what I’m trying to get at. I had read the reviews prior to booking and other people had commented about the thinness of the walls, but I just thought for sure it can’t be that bad. So if you are a light sleeper or that bothers you, definitely take that into consideration. We came for Disney and it was just hard to get our sleep we needed for the days ahead. But the beds were clean and they were comfortable, so that is a huge plus! They also offer a free breakfast in the morning and it was good. It was exactly what you would expect. I do wish that the floors were much cleaner. When we came into the room and unpacked and took off her shoes, we then headed to take our showers for the night so we could settle in and when we got into the shower, our feet was already dirty. Like black. It was gross. Apparently, they don’t mop their floors o
