They hugged me when they saw me again! I stayed there in December. They are beyond loving and caring! This hotel is my home in Madrid- beautiful and excellent location too!

Lovely hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Madrid. This is my favorite. Staff is friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is nice and has beautiful views from the terraces. My flight arrived very early, and I was lucky enough to get in my room. The location is convenient. Near the Prado and good restaurants.
