Great stay!
We had a great stay. We spent a day snow tubing and this hotel was the perfect spot. Close to dining and small shops were within walking distance.

6/10 Good

I was a little disappointed in my stay here. The location is cute and the outside is very well kept, but my room was in poor shape. I went up to the area to try and stimulate the economy after the hurricane and so I am giving this property, some grace, however, the issues I had with my room were clearly ones that preceded Helene. The biggest issue I had was the carpet. I don’t have any other word but gross. There was clearly long-term wear to the point that it was rippled and very dirty. I had to call for an additional roll of toilet paper because all I had was an almost empty roll and no spare. The heater was efficient, but located underneath a window with a very long curtain and so when you turn it on the heat goes under the curtain and not in the room. It would’ve been nice if the hotel had provided away to secure the curtain since I was there in the winter and it was quite chilly. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a TV that allowed me to log into my own streaming services with the security of knowing it was gonna log me out when I checked out. Additionally, the location is lovely. I was able to walk a short, walk up the hill and be downtown to experience the restaurants and shops.

nice roadside motel
we were at this motel during a freezing cold snap in NoCarolina; it would have been nice to have a fireplace but the heat in the room was OK. the location of this motel is excellent with walking distance to town (in a warmer time of year). Coffee and fridge in the room were much appreciated

Perfect location, cute and comfy room!
Great location and super cute property! Comfy room and seating areas with fire outs on the property and sister property across the street. Walking distance to everything! We had a rainy day and appreciated that the TV was streaming capable. Would definitely stay here again!

We were traveling and needed a one night stay near Sugar Mountain for a day of skiing. Blowing Rock Inn was reasonably priced and close enough for us so we booked a room. We were so surprised when we arrived! It was so quiet, quaint, clean, with convenient parking and close enough to walk to some great restaurants, boutiques, and the town square which was decorated for Christmas! Holly at the front desk was so helpful and friendly, too. We will definitely consider staying there again.

This was a quick trip with a one night stay. Helpful information was provided before arrival and during checking that made for a seamless experience. The room was clean and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Location is close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. Appreciated the designated smoking area for one of our group. Would definitely stay again.

6/10 Good

The bed was very comfy. The tv was the largest I've seen in a hotel/motel/inn. The air conditioning was awkward; it was an inside unit, but you had to set it on cool or warm, so there was no just setting the temp and forgetting about it. The bath room was nice, but the toilet was running when we entered the room, and i had to take the lid off and reset the fitting. It looked very old, and it never sealed enough to not need to refill every 20 minutes. It woke me up several times. The bathroom was also very cold, as it was in the 20s the night we stayed i believe. The manager at check in was very nice, but it was of to need to check into a different property. I would stay again, but fix that toilet!
