We stayed here for just one night. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The neighborhood is the only reason for not 5 stars. Staff was great and the night was pretty quiet.
Be advised - You will have towels in your room when you arrive, but if you stay for more than one night you will not get anymore. We checked in on a Friday and was told Saturday when we requested replacement towels they would be available Sunday at 3 - after our check out. The sofa bed has a spring that shoots up through, you are better off sleeping on the floor. The soap dispensers on the wall of hte shower fell off and onto my son's feet. The room smelled of smoke and bad cologne. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone ever, Id rather sleep in my car
From the check in to now this experience has not been good. The hotel was over booked and had issues with check-ins. Which lead to them knocking on doors and calling rooms after midnight to verify your name. We got triple charged. They had no pool towels.
Called ahead for late check in. Arrived 11 pm. Checked in, got keys to room that didn't work. Next set of keys and room were already occupied and we walked in on people in bed. Sat in lobby for approximately 1 hour to find out they didn't have a room for us. Sent to sister hotel Howard Johnson which was not friendly, clean, or had any knowledge that we were being sent over because of an error. Not worth the price I paid for a suite to get this as a place to stay. Go back next day to Comfort Suites as were told to do. They had no idea what had happened the night before and no record of us coming back. We did finally get a room and that night we had people walk in on us that they had given the same room to. No offer of any compensation!
Hair on our bedding, clumps of hair around the pool as well. We checked into our room and left our belongs and left. We came back and our room key didnât work- someone else had been in our room. Hotel had over booked and they were giving already occupied rooms to new people checking in. Around midnight, their computer system crashed and they called and woke us up to confirm who was staying in the room. Room was booked through Expedia so hotel would not honor government discount, even though the manger at check-in said they would. Shower water was warm but never hot enough for a comfortable shower.
We had issues with check in because the hotel was overbooked. The room was ok. There were stains on the carpet, mattress cover and curtains. We only had Luke warm water to shower with for our two days of the stay. The room size was decent and minus the stains it was pretty clean
Location was good. Potential for a great hotel.. rooms are spacious but not clean had to ask for extra sheets to cover the couch as it was filthy and full of stains. Bedding had multiple stains. No hot water staff was extremely rude and short with everyone. Pool was cloudy and gross. Elevator smelled like mold and was filthy the entire time. There was an alarm going off in the middle of the night and when the front desk was called we were met with a very disrespectful response and even one time the front desk personnel just hung up after saying â I know itâs going off again!â
For this I would never recommend this hotel.
They had no idea what room we reserved and tried to put us in a lesser one than what we purchased. Blamed it on the cleaning staff. Will not be staying here again.
