Disgusting both hotels.com and the motel.
Disgusting. Misleading faulty snd broken things , mould on pillow case, black stains in spa which also didnt work which they admitted after and another guest said their room was just as bad. They took no responsibility and hotels.com couldnt even reach them but refused to give refund. So off to duspute tribunal as commerce commission have taken my complaint for misleading and unsatisfactory not fit for purpose. This place gets your money while breaching the consumer guarantees act. Hotels.com also have breached nz law by not refunding me as the contract i have is with them , im also going to media as i have a witness and video of how bad this place is. I want my refund or this will end up with legal and media involved . As a gold member i was disgracefully not looked after
