No not again

We were told when arriving we couldn't use the pool or hot tub. Which we wanted to treat our two great grandchildren to. We found the lobby as very dark and not inviting (trying to save on light bill ?)We asked for a king, however one side of the mattress had a big lump in it. Wife was very uncomfortable. Our room heater made awful noises and sounded like it was going to fall apart. Noticed that lamps very old and not useful with no plugs or ports for today's devices, had to get on floor to reach plugs. Did not try contennial breakfast and no decafe coffee. Most likely won't stay again, because Holiday inn offers so much more for about $30 to 40 more.

The night lady was very sweet and helpful, but most times it was just a group of guys in lobby and behind the counter. We were there for 5 days mainly just to sleep because of being a truck driver our kids came over the last night to visit and swim and one of the guys came up and made us pay for the kids to swim in the pool. The bed was not comfortable but the room was clean and very spacious we had the hot tub suite.

I liked the location. Everything was close by shopping restaurants and fast food options too. The staff was great. I accidentally left my camera in the room and they called me the same day. Everyone was friendly the room was clean and the beds comfy. The jacuzzi was nice and hot and the pool was the perfect cool down. I was very happy during my stay there. I would definitely stay there again.
