Very unpleasant staff
We booked a room some days before, and when we arrived anybody was present at the desk. After 10 minutes, a woman appeared and said : "Full, No room". No "hello", "good morning", no "did you booked a room...". We tried to explain us that we had a booking.... she stopped us, and repeat again and again the same 3 words "Full, No room". His husband arrived and requested us : "Leave now, Full, No room", and put a big sign on the desk "Full, No room".
For sure it's possible he didn't see/receive our booking, so we decided to ask him, if he has friends (another hotel around the block) to advice us : no, no, no, leave now.
