15 MINS STEEP WALK, STAIRS, MOST ROOM NO SEAVIEW
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSE TO STAY HERE: This place is TRULY not easy to get to, it is located at the top of the hill and a bit out of the Mykonos town area. You are required to walk up a steep road without street lights and a very long stairs to get to from the very edge of the town area. It just feels so creepy particularly at night. When I booked hotel in Mykonos, I was hoping to find a suite which is clean and comfortable with balcony, sea view, free wifi and closer to town. This place almost achieved everything, but the web site didn't tell me how high attitude and how inconvenient it is located. I will not choose this place again when there are so many other options available in Mykonos town. The reception there seems never opened, the only time I saw it opened was the day I checked in at 1pm throughout my 3 nights stay. Good thing is the Executive Suites we stayed had a small kitchen, a balcony with sea view. But I noticed other rooms options such as Double rooms which advertise with sea view, they really don't get any view at all. The twin bed in our room was like those folding bed, rather uncomfortable.

We paid $250 Canadian a night, I supposed what we paid for was the view from our balcony, but the place could have been maintained much better for the price. The towels were old, some with holes. The outside pillow cases for the balcony furniture just don’t get washed, the suite was tidy, but it wasn’t clean. The floors were still dirty with past guests’ hairs, the bathroom was rinced, but not cleaned properly so still soap scum from past guests. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t mind the many stairs to get to the suite, but it’s not good for those who aren’t fit. The receptionist was nice but never around and the phone number listed wasn’t hers, so if you needed to get ahold of anyone right away, you couldn’t. A taxi ride from the airport to the suite is $20, but they offer it to you for $30. The hotel tax per person is .50 night and they tried to charge us 2 euro per person per person.

4/10 Fair

This was the most expensive place I've stayed in the past two weeks while traveling around Europe. It was also the most disappointing. We arrived around 9am and had to walk up several steep steps to get to the reception. It was extremely hot outside and my husband and I had just gotten off an early flight..we were visibly hot from walking up all the stairs in the heat with our luggage. We walked inside to see if we could check in early or leave our bags while we explored the area. The woman at the front blankly stared at us, looking us up and down and talking to another worker in Greek while giggling. We felt very uncomfortable. She asked us to wait for 5 minutes and about 10 seconds later she said our room was ready. The second worker took us to the room, let us inside and left. Everywhere else I've stayed, the people at check in give some information about the area, a map, the wifi password...we didn't get anything. The room wasn't disgusting, I just felt it was unclean. There were a few bugs inside and a few stains on the bedding (which really grossed me out) We went to the beach during the day, and when we got back around 3:30, we went to reception to get the wifi password because we had zero service in our room..no one was there. We showered and got ready any went back..again, no one there. After dinner, we tried again two times and then called..no one to be found! We didn't have WiFi the entire time and couldn't get in touch with anyone from the property. Not worth it.

Teribile communication - they were never there. When I first pulled back the covers to get into bed I found a spider on my pillow. The worst part is the hike from the hotel to get downtown, it’s decently close but you have to climb this very steep hill to get back and it’s exhausting. Should’ve been made aware of the location.

Nice view
Apartment with nice review and it is close to town just 5 mins walk to town. Sadly the steep slope back to apartment make it almost impossible to retuen to the apartment. Advise to get a taxi back to apartment

Facilities a little tired. Staff not very helpful. Requested a second key. Nothing done. Anyone who has difficulty climbing steps should stay elsewhere. However a quiet location.

Fine
It was fine. It was pretty, but we found a cockroach type creature in the bed sheets & tons of bugs on the roof of the bathroom. Also, no one manned the reception office.

Great view from balcony
To get the hotel was about 130 steps and 200m of steep road, but for the view it was worth it. Always a taxi if not into walking. Room with a small kitchenette and fridge was handy. Enough storage, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower good but just watch the wet floor. Balcony great for meals and drinks with a fantastic view of the town out to the windmills.

Nice hotel 10 minutes up hill from the main town
This is a nice hotel a short hike up hill from the main town. We really liked the room - the price, cleanliness and location were great. We did experience a small problem for check in though. We took the bus from the ferry to town and then a taxi to the hotel. We got there a couple minutes before 8pm and the lobby was closed. We couldn't find anyone around and thought we were going to have to sleep on the ground somewhere. On our online booking form it said check in was until 9pm. About 10 minutes later a couple people came out of the basement area and luckily gave us keys to our room. They didn't give us any information about the area. After settling in we went to hike into town and were fortunate to run into another guest who showed us the short cut steps that led into town which probably saved a half hour of walking. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel as the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.

Good n bad.
Have to climb up 25 mins and if you are not strong will be tough with luggages. Service is below expectations. However, the room view is quite fantastic. Not for people who go for parties. May be risky in the dark.

I stayed in the Executive Apt with my family for 3 nights and it was lovely! The whole hotel has a beautiful aerial view of Old Town/Port area, and it's not far in distance but a little bit of a trek in terms of elevation. Going down is about 10 minutes to get groceries/water but coming back up is quite a climb - definitely still worth it though! The rooms are beautiful and very clean, almost everything you need is there even though the space is compact. A lot of adorable stray cats around the area (and whole city) that are friendly. Lovely, quiet, picturesque
Fabulous hotel in a very quiet, picturesque location. The owner was extremely friendly, customer focused and open to all feedback. The walk to the Mykonos town, however, is a bit challenging due to the distance and the steepness. We walked twice a day, up and down, but we are walkers. Don't let this deter you from staying here - taxi rides and rental cars are available.

Beware of the location
Staff is nice but not always available, the rooms are good, but expensive for what you get it. No pool or breakfast and nothing around. The problem is the location, on top of a very steep hill and in the middle of nowhere. Walking down to the town is not so good, but coming back uphill is a very hard work. And you may wait half an hour to get a taxi that will take there in 3 minutes.

Nice view
It was a nice stay. It was a walk up the hill. €35 to get to the airport was pretty steep. There were multiple brown stains on the blanket. A little unsettling. Tons of appliances to use though so that was nice. Toaster, kettle, stovetop, etc. Over all it was okay.

Excellent accommodation and host
Super accommodation and host. Super clean and comfortable. A little difficult being up the hill as if you aren't young and fit, a taxi back from the Harbour is necessary. If you are young it doesn't matter. Would recommend it to anyone.

Modern, clean hotel with a great view of Mykonos
Great stay, though we had to call the hotel when we arrived since reception was closed (it was 4:45pm). If we hadn't had a Greek cell phone, I'm not sure how that would have been resolved. The woman was apologetic and very polite about it.

Gorgeous view, accommodating staff
The room was great overall, with a gorgeous view from the balcony (which had chairs and a table so we could hang out there and some concrete walls on either side to block from the other rooms and to help block the wind, as the island is super windy) in addition to a little kitchenette and dining room table and a separate main bedroom. We sat out on the balcony and watched the sunset, and it was very picturesque and Mykonos-feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the person who cleaned our rooms every day did a great job. A couple of less-than-ideal things: 1. when we first got there, our room smelled like wet paint, but this smell went away within a few hours and was not there the second or third day of our stay. 2. To get to Maroulina's from the town, you have to take a taxi or walk up a massive hill. My three friends and I are fairly fit, young people, but it was still pretty rough to have to hike up every time, especially after dinner and a few drinks.

Room with view
Room with living space outside, so in February a little bit cool and windy. Kitchenette very small and not functional. To go to old mykonos there is a 100m height difference. Down and up. So you better have a car or you are in shape. But there is the view. Fabulous.
