Pensacola dog beach vacay

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and nice amenities for the price and closeness to the beaches. I came with my service dog to go to the dog beach and they were animating accomodating to pets. They were helpful with questions when I needed something. There is a pool area as well as a fire pit so if you have a lot of people with you or you want to mingle with other guests there are great options. Chairs outside of every room if you want to sit outside. Would definitely stay again

We were there for cheer competition the weather was great. Everything was fine just need to upgrade mattresses. They were very hard and uncomfortable The room could have been cleaned better especially the floors and bathroom Everyone was we spoke with was great.

Where to start; There was no closet. Hot water took 10 minutes. Washer took 5.00 from me. Finally got it to work. Dryer didn't work at all. Outside my bathroom window there was trash all over the ground.

Would definitely stay again! We loved it!

This place was super nice! We were impressed and it went way above our expectations! The staff was super accommodating and let us check in early as we had added this stop due to my sons football camp being cancelled and we had food in the car & had to check out of our other hotel! They also allowed us to paint some rocks so we could leave a little something behind! The kids also loved the pool there was a vollyball net!

Dirty

For the price point this place wasn’t bad. But could’ve been much better. The good: nice recently renovated room, hot hot hot shower, convenient to everything. The bad: room was unbelievably damp regardless of how much the AC ran, the bed was 5/10 for comfort, the cleanliness of the room was subpar (floors were dirty, bed linens had hair and stains on them, window AC intake covered in dust, every surface needed to be wiped down. A four night stay afforded us not even ONE room cleaning. We had to chase down fresh bath towels ourselves on night two. Biggest complaint was the cleanliness/cleaning staff response. Will not stay here again.

Excellent stay for the money...staff was very nice. The grounds and parking lot were clean. Terry always said hello to us while we were there and even made sure to go out of his way to help us in any way he could. A very happy hardworking person! Glad we found yhis place. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN......
