EI is my go to hotel when I visit Sheppard AFB. It's really easy to deal with. The people there are really friendly and their pups are fun. It's easy on the budget, clean, comfortable and I have always had a great stay when I'm there.

Good place to stay
We were only passing through so got there late in the evening and left early the next morning but check-in was fast and efficient and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that they need to improve the lighting in the room/bathroom.

The lady at the front desk must have been training because she nearly mischarged my card. The facility was pretty clean. However, the hot water knob on the Jacuzzi leaked, the shower should have had amazing water pressure, but was very lacking and I noticed a leak. And for a room that cost $125 a night the toilet paper and towels were something you would expect in a $50 a night hotel. Overall the stay was mediocre.

It was a bed with clean sheets and that’s about it. The listing described a full continental breakfast in the mornings. Instead it was cold cereal and a do-it-yourself waffle maker. The listing described Netflix and Hulu included. Instead you had to download an app which would then pair to your Netflix account. The listing described a clean bathroom with full amenities. Instead we got used towels and an empty container of body wash. If the listing was honest in saying this was a cheap motel to find a bed, it would have been acceptable. However, they advertised many additional amenities which were noticeably absent. Overall I was disappointed in my stay here

Staff was great. The room was spacious and pet friendly. Which is a plus. If you looked closely, you’d find a little overlook maintenance. Paint chipped here a loose screw there. However, The room was clean. The stay was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt like they were competitively priced. I would stay here again.
