Excellent location right in the very front of the famous Oia walk. The room with balcony facing Caldera was excellent. Maria was lovely and very helpful she’s always around if you need something. The room and toilet are Always clean. Had a bit of chat with nikos(Owner)while waiting for our taxi to airport he’s such a very informative person with regards the brief history of Santorini. I highly recommend this hotel.

Authentic Greek perfection

Was it fancy? No. Was it clean? Yes, spotless! The location is lifechanging. I travel a lot and this had the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. The host, Maria, is everything I hoped a Greek woman to be. My daughters describe her as the Greek ya-ya they’ve always wanted. If I get the honor of coming back—we will stay here again.

The hotel location is excellent, hard to get that sort of location for that price. The hosts were very good, friendly and helpful. Given the location and price keep your expectations appropriate. The room size, equipment and facilities are basic. But I wouldn't mind if I get to stay on that street for a budget price.

This is a cheaper alternative to the exuberant prices of Oia. It is situated in an excellent part of town with a beautiful view of the sea on one side and the Caldera on the other. This room is not the caves, there is not hot tub or anything, but what you get instead are owners who care about your stay and wellbeing. Who go the extra mile for you while you visit. The owner and his wife are some of the nicest and caring people we’ve met in Greece, and it would be a privilege to stay at Stelio’s room again.

Marvelous location, bang on main Oia street and amazing view of the sea. If you are ok with small working bathroom, this is the best deal possible. Very very helpful staff.

Perfect Tiny Room with a View!

This is a tiny room above a busy restaurant in the heart of Oia and it was perfect. The most important thing is the view and it delivers. Air conditioner works. Beds are comfy and room is clean. It could definitely use an update and it is small but if that doesn't bother you...book it. There is no pool but there is a free resort pool at the end of the pathway through Oia where they just want you to buy a drink and you can swim all day if you want.
