My 80+ father-in-law was not able to stand into the bath tub to have shower.
After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges.
Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much.
Arigato gozaimashita to all the staffs in The Premium Hotel in Rinku.
Good value for money. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. A little far from the station. Convenient for the outlet mall and there is a good variety in the food court there. Quality of the breakfast could be improved.
This was a very nice small Hotel across the road from the Osaka Outlet which was perfect for our last days to get some good deals. It is about 15 min walk from train station. The staff were very helpful in helping me get to the hospital with the minimal English they had. Cleaning services was great even if you request to not get your room cleaned they put a basket full of the essentials for you to take inside and use.
Just the room walls are a little thin and we could here our neighbours loud and clear đ
The air conditioner was not working properly. BUT the front desk brought up a portable AC, which was very nice of him.
The shower had no place to put a towel.
The mats for sleeping were and even when doubled up, the sleeping surface was still hard.
Staff is very nice
