The communication before arrival was smooth. The place is easy to find but the road from Termini station to Dada Suites is not recommendable for solo female travelers at night. The location is central but there are a few homeless people sleeping on the floor in proximity to the entrance of the building.
The check-in was smooth and the room really nice at first. However, when I came back from my walk with my boyfriend, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made it impossible for us to use it. We couldn't open the door either cause otherwise the room would have stunk. I texted immediately the manager I was in touch with but received no answer until the next day and only after reiterating that the experience was not good. I was given an explanation that the building is old but, to be honest, that's not my issue. I paid full price and was expecting to find what described and not a stinky bathroom.
Breakfast was low quality, there was no water in the room to prepare a tea nor a coffee and nothing was fresh. I would have not minded that and would have returned but the stinky bathroom is not an experience I'd like to have again.
