Booked my room through Hotel.com that same day. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate my booking confirmation and was not willing to accommodate me for the duration of my stay that I had paid for. I had to contact a representative through my booking confirmation page who was able to assist me to finding a hotel in the area that could assist me. The staff at The 09 suites where not willing to assist and requested that I paid again at the location in order to stay for 1 night even though I already paid online. They did not try to assist me into finding another location but went on to say that their hotel is not partners with Hotels.com despite them being on their webpage. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on my experience with staff and management. I was thankful for the gentleman who assisted me on the hotels.com page. Without him, I don't know where I would stayed for the duration of my trip.
