Perfect for families - 3 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and an all in one washer/dryer (although the dryer is not effective but a large drying rack is available)
The area itself is walkable to the water/theme park and mall with a lot of restaurants.

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. Our Villa accommodated the family of 5 very well with three rooms two baths that gave us the privacy among family members. It was easy access to local beaches and many museums. My daughter felt very safe running around the compounds and have beautiful landscapes.
We would definitely recommend to my friends and family, and we would love to come back to same Villa.

The property is overall well conditioned. Staff friendliness promptness, and formality was mediocre. The breakfast selection was great which is must try. Need a rental car to stay at this property.

Big enough room for whole family stay. It has built in dishwasher and washer/dryer, but you need to bring your own detergent.
Additional bedding set is available with purchase but pad is too thin. You may want to order extra blankets to laid on top of pad to protect your back.

Large apartment suitable for families with sufficient parking right beside the building. Having a large master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe was a nice touch. Note that this is a serviced apartment so you'll have to clear your own trash in the bins outside the building.

The room was very new, spacious and comfortable for family of 6. Short walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and theme park. Many nearby attractions within short driving distance. Perfect for family with kids.
Parking space beside the apartment is very limited after evening time, so may need to park at further parking lots when necessary. There may be some inconvenience as there is no specific space for loading and unloading of luggages when car park is full.

The condo was comfortable and spacious for a family with small children. The couches were quite worn out with many stains on them so it wasn't comfortable to sit on them. The staff are friendly and willing to help out, however many do not speak English so communication can be tricky. There is a lot to do on the resort grounds for families. If you have a car, driving just a few minutes outside of the resort will get you to a convenient store that has more resonable prices than the same branded convenient store on the resort grounds.

Birthday party stay
We stayed for my son's birthday party. There are good things and not-so-good things about staying at Somerset.
They absolutely REFUSE to let anyone check in any earlier than 3:00pm. That's sad. Even some of the most expensive hotels in Seoul will allow you to check in earlier if there are rooms available. So, you can imagine HOW LONG you have to wait in line to check in because of this policy. The swimming pool at times, has 1 or more lifeguard. Sometimes I'd see 0. Sometimes I'd see them on their phones. It's crowded, so your kids can't really have any fun. The rooms are big and spacious. You have to wash the dishes if you use them, and you have to take out all the trash before you leave, or you will be charged. Their housekeeping won't do it, which I find strange. You have to do a part of their job.

Checking in at assigned time of 3:00 was not accurate at all. Found the lobby to be very crowded, when I got in the very long check in line, one of the staff member ask for my information, than entered into their info terminal, he stated I could choose to wait in line which was over a half hour to 40 minute wait, or return in an hour when the lines won’t be as bad. I chose to return in an hour, but my family wanted to wait indoors, so we returned to the lobby, we were allowed to check in at 4:00pm. I have never in all my travels around the world, have to wait over an hour to check in to my Hotel. The Hotel staff was pleasant, in most cases. Our room was very nice and clean, but we had a
Substantial leak from the main rooms AC overflow. The Hotel wanted to relocate us, we decided to stay since we had already unpacked our clothes and stocked the kitchen. The leak was contained by the Hotel staff with buckets and towels. It was an acceptable compromise since the area involved was behind the living room furniture.
The property had a lot of restaurants, with good accessibility, a convenience store close to our room. There was no contactless checkout, I had to go to the lobby to checkout, I needed to present my credit card so they could refund my deposit, a deposit I wasn’t expecting when checking in. We’re glad to move on to the next property,
