Positive:
Nice room, clean, comfortable and calm.
No useless plastic glasses or samples, great sustainable spirit.
Nice lobby.
Construction zone area so not very nice but just two metro station away from the center.
Negative:
No conditioner nor moisturizer.
Very poor wifi in the room.
And, above all: TERRIBLE SERVICE!
1) Wrong room assigned at check-in (twin instead of double)
2) People tried to enter the room at 10 pm the first night after the front desk offered them keys and said they had no record of our booking while we were still in the room.
3) Keys were not working anymore in the morning.
4) When we asked to reset the keys, no ID was asked, so anyone could have entered our room.
5) The front desk said breakfast was included in our booking, which was not true, glad I checked otherwise would have been charged.
5) At check out, the front desk said we had a booking for one more night and also that the booking was not paid. That was wrong, again, but they continued to say so when we showed them the Hotels.com receipt saying it was all paid for with right dates.
The supervisor finally came to sort out the problem, but both were not even apologetic.
All that in a 2-night stay. Pretty terrible.
