Not my recommendation !
Located in Colombo 5, afar from most of the few attractions Colombo has to offer, staying there will cost you extra money paying for tuk-tuk rides. The train station is also 40 minutes to 1hour far from there. My taxi driver could not find the place and could not reach the "manager" as he spends more time in his room over his phone than at the reception. I actually experienced it whereas he did not know I was already in. I had to go and fetch him (he has a room near the kitchen) as the phone kept ringing endlessly.
Clearly old dated this place needs some renovation work although the bed was comfortable, (stains on the bed sheets) and a wardrobe with a "safe" is made available. What looks like a swimming pool is not one. When I was there is was empty. It is more a bassinet than a pool. No shops around so make sure you have water and food with you. Quiet place though ! Definitely overrated by previous review!!!
