Clean and comfortable for extended stays

It was perfect for our extended stay for a swim meet. Kitchenware is not stocked in the room but is provided upon request. I loved the full size freezer and the ability to make ice in my room. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I am particular about the cleanliness of my hotels and my room was spotless. Absolutely would stay here again.

Going downhill

I've loved this hotel for years but I'm not sure I'll stay here again. Other guests have been very noisy until 2 or 3 in the morning my last 3 or 4 stays. The hot tub is luke warm at best. Most of the staff is absolutely lovely but a couple have been unfriendly and off-putting. The laundry is expensive and needs to be updated to card readers and I had a couple of big old cockroaches skittering around the kitchen area :(

This place used to be better

I've stayed at this hotel dozens of times and loved it. My last 5 or 6 visits were pretty awful. Half of the Direct TV channels were inactive. The other guests were blasting TVs and/or yelling until 2 or 3am. The hot tub was barely luke warm. Housekeeping knocked on my door well before checkout when I was still sleeping and there were a couple of big fat cockroaches skittering around the kitchen area. The management of this franchise is letting it go.

Really nice!

Loved this hotel. So clean and I really appreciated the pool being heated so I could swim with my kids comfortably. The hot tub was really nice and the room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and I loved the kitchenette! So great for families! Will definitely stay again!

I booked this hotel because it was stated that there was a kitchen. We were traveling with a child, and I needed to cook meals. The kitchen turned out to be completely empty, without even a single fork or plate. At the reception, I was given paper plates and plastic knives and forks. How can anyone cook with that? A kind guy at the reception lent me one pot and one frying pan. However, the stove was very weak, and even pasta took half an hour to cook instead of the usual 15 minutes at most. I think it’s dishonest to mislead customers by claiming the rooms have a kitchen. On top of that, the soundproofing was terrible. People were running around above us all night, and it was impossible to sleep.
