Nice location close to Arches National Park. Staff was welcoming in spite of late check in at night. Breakfast was limited and closed before 9am. Limited staff. Only 1 person in front desk had to do everything in terms of service for check-in, breakfast, etc.

We got to Moab very late. The front desk staff was very nice and because we had suitcases (no elevator) he put us on the 1st floor. Our room smelled of sulfur, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom (around the sink and mirror apparently due to a loose faucet). We were able to get can of disinfectant spray from the front desk and after spraying liberally around the bathroom and room (in general) the smell seemed to eventually disappear. The room was shabby and neither my friend nor I get comfortable sleeping with the comforter or blanket & used our own pillows. It was listed as having an outdoor pool and spa/hot-tub, but they were filthy, with plants growing in them, and of course not filled with water (unusable). I’ll try to attach the pictures. Breakfast was satisfactory.
Advertised on hotels, com as having a pool, this is what was there

Average

Thinnest walls and thinnest toilet paper, room was run down. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Not really worth the cost.

Post-apocalyptic pool

I was anticipating, based on photos and reviews, a modest motel. However, while the room was fine, the end of the hall exterior door was left unlocked (safety concern), the swimming pool had weeds growing in it and the little bit of water was murky at best. The laundry wasn't working, the breakfast had no fruit options at all, and there was a broken AC unit just laying in the dirt next to the gross pool. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This property tried to charge me for "stolen towels" which I would never steal those nasty old towels! Then when I talked to them they basically said that the housekeeper was right I was wrong! So I showed up and that is when the manager said it was a miscommunication and the employee got it wrong and heard the wrong room number (he does this all the time) according to the manager! My money was refunded but how many times have they done this and got away with it?

2/10 Poor

This place is a cheap hotel so I don't expect it to be spotless it is an older hotel, and I know it will have its issues and i was ok with it. Then they tried to say I stole towels (which never happened) those towels are old! Then charged me for 1 bath, 1 hand, and 1 face and never even contacted me about it! I saw the charge and called to ask what was going on! I explained I didn't take them, and I shouldn't be charged if housekeeping didn't stock the room! I will never stay again and when I went in to talk to them and the manager told me that the employee just got the room number wrong, and my money would be refunded in the morning! Makes me wonder if this has happened to other people!

Would stay again

Great place to stay. Decent breakfast, simple but as expected with eggs and cereal, bagels, yogurt.. We had a issue come up and had to leave day early.. Their policy would indicate they don’t have to compensate us for night lost but they did, high cusps and applause!!!

Nice, but it could be better.

Nice, but it advertised a breakfast, and when we got there, they had canceled the breakfast for the next several weeks. They would not lower the price since the breakfast was supposed to be included and was not.
