Amazing experience overall. This is your home away from home. Place is very spacious, has a lovely retro vibe that brings you back to the 80âs. The owner couple went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and memorable as possible. Breakfast was nice and fresh. The place has natural hot spring spa bath thatâs available 24/7 which was great. They gave us a ride to places, arranged transportation, even cooked special meal when I came down with a cold while staying there. We canât thank them enough for their hospitality. Weâll definitely go back again.
I had a perfect stay. The host is really nice and help out with everything. They even prepared a traditional Japanese dinner with Tempura, Sushi and Mizo sup, that was some of the best I have tasted! The rooms are lagre and traditional looking. The hotel has a good location close to a busstopp that take you to the skiresorts. It is also some stores and resturants near by.
A warm & welcoming accommodation!
Run by a pair of old yet energetic couple (can call them Papi & Mami) & makes you feel home :)
Have a Grand Piano at the dining area. Guests can play & sing. Have a karaoke system too but haven't tried.
Spacious room can fit for 2 -3 people. With separate toilet in each room.
Real onsen water for the shower & bath.
With washing machine but I haven't used.
Nice continental breakfast prepared by Mami. Pity that didn't try the dinner.
Papi could offer pick up from Myoko Kogen station.
If Papi is not too busy, he would even drive to the nearby ski areas.
Walking distance (10mins?) to Ikenotaira ski area.
A few restaurants + an alcohol shop nearby.
Visited in the Winter & would definitely want to revisit again :)
