Overall, we enjoyed the suite that we stayed in for a few days. The phone didn't work but that wasn't a big deal. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and always available when needed.
My sister made a reservation under my moms account since it was late and we were going to a music festival but had to set up tents. Since it was under my moms acct, they did not honor it and wouldn't even FaceTime my mom or speak to her. I had done that on several occasions and never had a problem in the past so I am assuming it is both the hotel and hotels.com fault. My mother sent several message to the website and they still haven't responded. Very unprofessional. We ended up having to take a room and be charged AGAIN.
Old run down property. Pick this property because in the middle of a heat wave it had a pool. When we arrived, we were told the pool was out of service. There were bugs in my room. There was hair in my shower. There was hair in my bed. Check-in was a nightmare, and there were no amenities.
we booked strictly bc of the pool and the pool was closed nothing online about it. they claim renovations were being done which again didnât mention before hand. place was filthy dirty. no one ever checked our room to give more towels or toilet paper had to do that on me one. the door didnât shut all the way unless you pushed it with force. the lock didnât work on the door. the light by the door was broken and it had wires sticking out so the guy couldnât even put a bulb in it. just overall not satisfied with my stay and my daughter is a rewards member and very unsatisfied as well about the overall experience in this hotel.
