"We stayed here a while ago when it was owned by another company. It was recently bought out. The restaurant was closed, no mention of breakfast being available. The indoor pool and 2 hot tubs are nice. One hot tub was regular temp (maybe 102-104) and one was super hot. Pool was pretty cold. Good for a nice plunge! They also have a sauna. Beware: double bed rooms have full size beds not queen! Kind of old but relatively well kept. It was clean and staff was nice. The price is good,...

No notice was give that peak 9 had closed earlier in the week so were disappointed to pay for ski in and not able to do so. preferred building 4 but was put in 2 with a lot of spring break people who were somewhat loud at times. hallway carpeting in buildings 2 and overall condition of our condo needed updates. Can’t beat the closeness to downtown shopping and eateries, as well as the shuttle service! Love the hot tubs and pools as well. "

"This is a STUDIO - not a 3 bedroom condo. Not sure what the "3 Br Condo" means in the title of it. Booking was handled through Red Awning so I don't know if they didn't have the original 3 bedroom available I had booked so they stuck me in a studio? Not cool. The condo is at River Mountain Lodge which is the perfect location a block away from downtown and just crossing 1 street and a parking lot to the gondola. River Mountain Lodge is my favorite place to stay in Breck, just avoid this...

"Stayed here for ski trip. Location is just a short walk / drive to Gondola that goes up to Peak 8. (Gondola is free). Behind the building was the major shopping districts and restaurants. Also a short walk. The kitchen was adequately stocked but a little small. All in all it was worth the expense. "
