The first two rooms we were given on the first floor had MOLD on the AC vents. In one of the rooms, the AC was on and the musty odor hit us when we walked in. The front desk lady was helpful, but the line was long and the whole thing was very frustrating. Thankfully, our second set of rooms did not have moldy ACs. I know they turned around and gave those first rooms to someone else, and mold is dangerous and can make people very sick. These ACs need to be cleaned and treated! Our second rooms were clean and spacious, although one shower had a baseball-sized hole/crack in the floor of the tub (we didnt care by that point). I really like the layout of the rooms and beds were fine.
This is my 2nd time staying at this property. Customer is great. I was able to check in early , no issues!! Room was clean

My complaint is with Expedia, not the hotel. I gave notice 48 hours in advance to shorten my 9-night stay by one night. The hotel had no problem with this, but Expedia refused to refund the money.
I will not work with Expedia again.
