A little slice of paradise
We stayed three nights and it was lovely! Love the renovation, so comfortable. We did however find that service was a little lacking in the food service area, perhaps they were short on help but took a great deal time to be waited on. For example we requested an extra blanket and was told one would be sent up, it never arrived. Lunch took over an hour and a half for seven people for a simple meal. The pool was lovely but would have prefer the music to be turned down a bit, we were on the 6th floor and it seems quite loud. Having said all that we had a excellent time and would definitely come back!

We had called and requested early check in and they said they would call when room was ready. Check in was at 4. We never received a phone call and showed up at 4. We were told they had no rooms available yet.. it would be at least another 40 min. This was unacceptable to us.. they said we could go enjoy hotel. We had plans but when to have a drink while we waited.. no call.. I went to front desk at about 5:15 and there was people checking in and getting room bands.. I went to check in and they said yea let me check and had a room.. I’ve never had to wait past check in for my room.. we got to room and our balcony was flooded with water as well as that side of the carpet in the room! As frustrated as we were we didn’t have time to switch.. it was damp and very frustrating.. watch the bill as they automatically charge 18% to your checks..for what we paid for this it’s unacceptable.. I will look elsewhere next time. It’s a shame it was a decent hotel, rooms were very tight and no place to set luggage in room.

Very mediocre for the price When we tried to add a night we were confirmed by telephone and then when we got there we were told “no room “. We were then given after a long wait that we could have a lesser room Neither of the rooms provided bathroom amenities (soap, tissues, or coffee supplies). The only supplies were those in the shower

Overcharging
First they give a room with ocean view while they charge me for with ocean front. When i told the desk they told i need to pay an extra 140 dollars to get the ocean front room that They had already charged me for. After i checked out they add so fee that wasn’t included previously. I have to ask for my room to be clean by the cleaning service and i did get enough towels to use. The food wasn’t good either. This hotel was a ripe off.
