Employee(woman on 2/14) at the front desk upon check in extremely uninviting and rude. I receive TEN emails and texts about the ease of checking in at the kiosk. When we arrived, the line was through the door and there was one employee checking people in. All 5 kiosks were not working. I get it, things happen, but instead of saying "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" she said "can't you see they're frozen?" Made staying there such a turn off.
There is a $30/ day "resort fee" which may be justified inn the summer w the pool, etc, but there are no amenities in the winter worth a "resort fee."
The restaurant attached had tasty food, but way overpriced. Inn the morning, I lieder a regular coffee and a coffee w/baileys and the bill was $26.95!! And guests get a $10 voucher but it was never deducted from my bill.
The bed was comfortable, new age-y w being able to adjust but I wouldn't recommend this hotel when there are 5 other hotels in a 1 minute vicinity
