Definitely a good stay
Good location around stores and restaurants. Comfortable, clean room. The young man who checked me in the evening was courteous and professional; he even swept the safety salt off the rug by the front door. The room was spacious with a comfortable couch to stretch out. Great stay for the money.

Sketchy facility. Comfortable, clean room.
The room: updated and very clean. Loved the modern bathroom and soap/lotion dispensers. The parking lot: filled with garbage and people smoking weed in their cars The hotel in general: numerous noisy people talking, swearing at their children , discussing weed in the hallways. Old carpet, loose wallpaper, etc. Front desk: Cold and unfriendly to me. Super nice to guy behind me. Baffling.

Convenient place to stay but it needs some updatin
The biggest problem was kids running up and down the hall until after 1 am. They woke up my special needs child and had a very difficult time the rest of the night. Also they turned water off 2 days also. I complained to front desk and the lady said oh yeah we know anout the kids....but they did nothing . One elevator didnt work also

Great service and location!
My husband and I flew in from California for a weekend trip to go watch the Steelers vs Ravens and this hotel did not disappoint! It’s a little outdated but the location and continental breakfast was a hit! Check in was quick and easy, and the staff was amazing! It’s about a 30min drive to the stadium but overall the location was perfect! We had a Walmart across the street, which was walking distance, we had a strip mall across the street as well with restaurants and shops. My husbands phone was acting up and we walked right across the street to the AT&T store and got it repaired. Definitely recommend for weekend stays. Hope to be back in the near future.

Weekend stay
Firstly, we were put in a section under renovations. Secondly, had a "manager" walk directly into our room without knocking - shocked is an understatement as I was laying in bed. Said he was unaware anyone was in the room. Ok mistakes happen but did not sleep well that evening fearing someone would walk in. Day of checkout they were working in the hall removing ceiling tiles etc. at 8:00 8;30 am so much for sleeping in. Told the person at the desk upon checkout- was very apologetic and mentioned some type of compensation "oh you booked through a third-party" so nothing could really be done. We've stayed at this hotel many times and will definitely mention it at check-in the next time regardless of "third-party reservation" as that shouldn't make a difference.
