It's a budget hotel and you can tell it is. Small room, some trash cans way overfull. Cheap flooring, furniture, and paint. But the staff was really friendly and down-to-earth. The room was clean and for the price compared to the other's on an event weekend I can't complain at all. Plus with the area we went shopping and got food and tattoos and barely had to travel 5 minutes in any direction of the hotel.
The rooms smell bad, customer service, I had to wait a long time because there was no one, my room card did not work and they could not fix it either, terrible service
They charged $50 on top of the $88 for the room for nothing. Someone banging on the door at 2am. Place was filthy. Office was closed 8am Sunday morning so I ciuld not get my $50 ba j.
Alot of construction going on and for the price it wasn't a good deal at all room was small and no service until I asked and bathroom water faucet didn't run at all... Just the shower did.
Stayed in September, was a last minute plan so had limited hotels to chose from. I should have read the reviews. I booked a queen on hotels.com and when I checked in the desk lady said they didnât have any and was upgrading me to a king. They ask for a $50 deposit for what I donât know as they should pay me to stay there to get eaten by bed bugs! So my husband and I went to the room and it smelled, the floors look like they havenât been vacuumed in forever. The bed was and one bed from 1970 with spots and tears in it. No mattress protector so we seen bed bugs and immediately left the room and told the front desk, she offered a different room and I should have said no and slept in the truck because the other room though upgraded very little but still had a mattress with holes and we got bitten up by bed bugs. People in room next door came in at 3 am and walls are paper thin can hear everything, so we left the hotel at 3am and headed home. Hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. Bedding was old and smoke holes. Floor had linoleum so that at least felt clean. Hardware in bathroom was all broken. Toilet kept running. Lots of noisy traffic and cars hard to get a quiet sleep. We could hear everything between walls and door. Desk ladies were nice is only good thing I can say about this place, but not enough to ever stay there ever again!
Upon getting ready for bed, I noticed bed bugs in the room. I was so disgusted, I let management know I would not be staying and wanted a refund. As of now, they denied my refund and are still open today. Public health violations everywhere
This place should rent by the hour, if you know what I mean. Stark rooms. The bathrooms look like they were last done in the 50s. Was OK on cleanliness but this is below no frills. If you have an option to go somewhere else you should do so. The lobby was all tore up, and the carpets were dirty.
The property had bike chains of some sort around the door. No amenities. No breakfast. No coffee. Nothing. The towels were dirty looking. Construction all around the hotel. Smell of pot permeating throughout the hallway
Just went for the cheapest stay in town on Expedia because we needed a place to stay for the night. Definitely cheap. Was what we were expecting. Slept great!
