The breakfast could have offered more choices. Our room's bathroom door was broken and need to be fixed or replaced and all three hinges were rusted. Also, the safe in the room did not work.

I believe in second chances but not third
We have stayed here years and years ago and said never again but when booking for this trip we decided to give it another shot because the reviews were decent. The staff is amazing and it felt like it was cleaner than last time we stayed. However the reviews about roaches are true. Now we live in FL full time so we are familiar with palmetto bugs which most northerners call “roaches” so when I read that review I thought maybe they saw one of those and freaked out because those suckers are BIG! We were horrified to find it’s actually the Asian roaches and those are yucky as well and unsettling to find where you are sleeping. Additionally the tub must have had a crack because after taking a bath the floor inside the bathroom and right by the bed outside of the bathroom was SOAKED!!

Not the greatest
The good: very clean, safe location, close to food and entertainment. The bad: terrible check in process, door was extremely hard to open and close, no water pressure, tub and sink slow to drain, bed was hard as a rock, pillows were small with very little filling, so hard to sleep with the very loud road noise (people racing all night) and the led cleaning cart they drag around all morning.

Simple but comfortable
We were there from Wednesday through Sunday morning and it would’ve been nice if breakfast would've been changed up a bit for the weekend. As in eggs,bacon, sausages. It also showed vending machine, but I couldn’t find any on the first floor. On the Sunday during our breakfast we saw a little shop where you could buy snacks etc. they should’ve pointed that out with check in. Overall it was a good stay!

Not the best, but not the worst.
We had a bug in the room thankfully not a big one but still off-putting. Also a much smaller one in the shower. We also did not get enough towels for even two people when the room was reserved for 4 people. Beds seemed comfortable enough and room was pretty clean, otherwise, and updated.

We arrived for a late check in and were directed to a kiosk with a remote worker. After the machine was unable to issue our room keys, she called the hotel and a worker came out to help us. The virtual check in was unnecessary. The room was fine. The toilet was wobbly and at one point the sink stopper got stuck (hubby fixed). We got what we paid for, it was fine for the quick weekend trip to watch my son play baseball. Hidden gem was the Hometown Grill across the parking lot. Great, reasonably priced breakfast.

Second Stay - would recommend
This was the second time we’ve stayed here. This experience was a little more hectic, but the hotel is good for a quick trip. It was the first time I used the computer check in which I’m not a huge fan of, but he was easy to talk to and walked me through the steps. Breakfast has a few good options, but all carbs, nothing with protein, meat eggs etc. Bed is pretty comfy and room was decent. The only thing is there is a space under the door that little buggies can come in, so there was a cricket in our room two days in a row haha - not a big fan but I will likely stay here again! Oh, and the location is perfect! Close to everything!
