Nightmare.
I booked a king suite with a pull out sofa as the 2nd bed. We picked this hotel because it said they had a open pool (during February) at check in they said pool was outdoor only. 1st room- TVs were broken , they moved us. 2nd room smelled SO bad of smoke/weed. 3rd room was only/last option. Room had a broken futon instead of a pull out couch. It increasingly smelled worse and worse as the night went on - the smell of weed was coming in through the air vents. TV was broken, fridge and microwave were missing from room, shower handle was broken, tub wouldn’t drain, there were human hairs on the shower walls. Guests above us were SO loud all night. Front desk staff was nice- but said problems needed to be taken up with hotels.com since we booked with the website and not with them directly. Drywall/ceiling had broken/wet sagging areas in each room.

We had a clean room but the condition was in a bit of disrepair. Linens were nice! Bed and pillows left something to be desired however. Management was very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was nice ^^

After discussing my concerns with Raj at checkout, he assured me he would speak to his manager about the issue. To my surprise, he followed up with a call later and offered me a complimentary night for the inconvenience—something I didn’t expect as I booked through a third-party site. Despite the initial disappointment, I truly appreciate Raj’s effort to make things right.
