Probably won't be back
On our first night our room temperature would not get above 65 degrees. A maintenance worker came up and determined that the heater was broken so we would have to move to another room. We were in a disability accessible room but when I called the desk and informed them of what the maintenance man told us, I was informed there were no more accessible rooms. We were given a regular room which we were able to use despite it being rather difficult and a little unsafe in the bathroom. I was informed someone would need to stay in the old room as only the new key would work. I had to leave my husband, who recently had a stroke, alone in the first room while I made several trips back and forth as I needed to be let back into the old room to gather things. It was also disappointing that NONE of the ice machines were working. We had to call and wait for someone to bring us a bag of ice or go to the lobby and wait in line at the desk. If you don't need an accessable room and don't use ice then it's fine. The staff was nice and the bed comfortable. The Keurig worked some of the time but they sell Starbucks in the cafe which is much better anyways.
