B-ware of this place!
I learned upon check-in that the room i booked was given away so instead of a king bed with city view we were placed in a double queen with a view of hvac units on a roof. The floors and shower were dirty, the AC didnt work and the phone was inoperable so we couldnt even call the front desk.
I went down to the front desk and was offered another room on the 9th floor and told to go inspect it myself to make sure it was satisfactory. Seems like the hotel staff should be doing that at this point but ok. View was a little better and floors less dirty but still very little air conditioning and zero working US outlets. There were however 3-4 European outlets. You know because why would Americans need to charge phones or plug anything in unless we were in the bathroom? The phone didnt work in this room either and same goes for the beverage refrigerator. The local wildlife (big mosquito) decided to join us for the stay and hang out on one of the pillows. Also a member of their staff moved our belongings to the new room and somehow a pair of adidas slides disappeared from one of my tote bags.
When i complained to the front desk i was given the excuse that they were undergoing renovations. This is all inexcusable in my opinion. Additionally found out after booking there is no spa. It closed during Covid and has not reopened. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
