Beautiful hotel. Big rooms. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. Extensive, tasty breakfast and dinner buffets. Chinese restaurant is beautiful and has excellent food and service. Adjacent to a mall that has lots of other restaurants. Lovely spa and pool. Would definitely stay here on next visit.

Its a lush and beautiful hotel. The room was wonderful, nice beds and the lightning system was simply impressive! Bathroom was also something else! Pool, spa all well kept and luxurious. The check in was quick and in the room (not in the frontdesk as usual) which made it feel quite special. Staff is friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion is to hire more English speaking personnel. When calling frontdesk it was very complicated to understand and would get "my English is not very good" and was transferred to a supervisor. Happened twice. The personnel really seems polite and eager to help, dont get me wrong, but the language barrier makes it difficult. Same at the restaurant, the ladies in the entrance had to go find someone that spoke English. Luckily there is always someone :) . Nora's help with late check out was outstanding, very fast in her response and helped arrange airport pick up. Overall, it was a delightful stay, I would stay again without a doubt
