I wonder if the bedding was changed because one of my pillowcases kept the same stain during my entire stay. I went back and forth almost every night to the reception to reprogram our cards. Very dirty carpet in my room on the 9th floor. I selected the breakfast option at the time of my booking but at the hotel I was told I was not entitled. The only advantage in my opinion is that the parking is free

Worst hotel ever!!!
Very disappointed. I will NEVER be back at this hotel. I purchased 9 nights at the holiday inn. I was having surgery so I thought this would be a great place to stay since it’s also close to the clinic. But about half way into my stay, I woke up around 3:55am to use the restroom and on the counter I see a cockroach. The most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life at a hotel! I called downstairs and they moved me to a different room. Next day complained to the manager and after spending almost $1500 he only wanted to give me $100 back. I will be sending all of this to corporate.

Be patient???
Despite calling several times to the front desk to obtsin shuttle information, our group had to wait over 2 hours for the shuttle to this specific property. The nonchalant attitude of the front desk clerk, was completely unprofessional. Instead of telling us to be patient, this a learning opportunity to listen, identify the task needed, take action and work to help resolve the issue. This situation also lacked an explanation or apology from the hotel team.
