Horrible room conditions
This was the worse stay I have ever had in Atlanta. When we checked in there was only one towel the phone didn’t work to call down stairs. The toilet was broken dirt behind the bathroom door. Closet shelf was falling. Just ruin my anniversary all together. If that’s not bad the tub was clogged up water over filled while showering. Mildew on the shower certain just nasty. The hotel down stairs was nice but the room condition was awful. No up keep room 505 needs repairs asap.

The first day we got there we had to wait. Check-in was at 4:00 but we still have to wait another 30 minutes in a room. It's okay but the TV was going out so they moved us to another room. It was okay but they don't have towels to give you and one day they came and got our towels and forgot to Leave us some. So the cafeteria for breakfast was awful. The food was okay. The service was terrible. Didn't know how to serve but overall it was okay. The manager nicole served us well and it's another manager. I can't think of his name. He was okay too. He was complimental to us I know the hotel was kind of busy but we left something there and I called plenty of times someone didn't answer. Put me on hold but eventually at midnight got in touch with someone and the TV didn't have all the channels
