Nice, clean property. Close to transit and middle eastern food options. The A/C in our room was not working and even with a visit from maintenance it was not fixed. We were offered a different room but was more of a hassle to change rooms with one night remaining in our booking. Overall a good stay. Note that the hotel restaurant menu is not up to date on the website.

Great place for a stay in Hamburg. Room clean and comfortable. On-site self parking (€30 a night). Quick walk to the train station - we were able to easily explore the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, but probably not worth the price. Would stay here again.

The room was one of the best designed I have been in. The lighting is amazing . The bathroom is large and easy to use. There is a lot of natural light from large windows. Lots of storage and a great use of clothes hooks. There are wonderful bakeries nearby and a full supermarket nearby.

The hotel room was clean and well lit. The breakfast however was not what I expected. Majority of the food including sausage, bacon and pancakes were very cold. The fire alarm went off twice while staying at this hotel. It was good that the alarm was working but to have it go off twice including once early in the morning. My friend and I decided to stay up to get breakfast to bear the rush to find out the food was cold. I watched as they put out fresh bacon but put in the bottom of the pan and dumped all the cold bacon on top. Overall there was many options for breakfast which was great but not if you like your food warn. Just to add I got the breakfast for two days and was very disappointing for what I paid for.
