We had an excellent 3 day stay at this hotel. It’s very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast, and only a 45 minute walk from central Santa Cruz. We also enjoyed the range of dining options a short walk from the hotel.

Great location, lobby was nice but room itself had very thin walls and door. Only drawbacks. A bit odd was the hallway lights were on movement detection mode so it was odd to step out of the elevator to a completely dark hallway

The hotel TRYP Wyndham is a very swish reasonably priced hotel. I had only one night there in transit through Santa Cruz but staying longer would have been a pleasure. The room was spacious and comfortable, totally wasted on a solo traveller like me. The Swimming pool is beautiful and breakfast is very good. There are many good quality restaurants nearby. A great place to stay.

This hotel is one the best I’ve ever experienced during my business trip during last 40 years. How can you find a hotel with kitchen and new facilities with that price. This hotel deserves to be 5 star. I personally think this hotel is even better than Los Tajibos, 5 star hotel in Santa Cruz.

There are many restaurants around the property. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was a huge disappointment. It was dark and faced another building. There was a small window, with very little light and definitely no view of the sun as you were three floors down. It really made for a depressing feel. If you are staying, make sure your room faces the road and has daylight.

The Tryp Hotel in Santa Cruz was perfect for a stopover on the way to Cochabamba. Our flight arrived at 10PM and it took awhile as a US citizen to get through immigration so we were one of the last people out the door and the taxi the hotel had arranged for us was still waiting. This hotel is on a quiet street and there are many good restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. Our toilet had problems but they fixed it right away. The only difficulty we had was trying to contact the hotel before arriving to arrange the taxi. The number on Hotels.com didn't work so we went to their own website and then were re-routed to another number that only worked with WhatsApp. We went back and forth before we got an answer. But once we were there everything was great including the service.
