Unacceptable tiny space bathroom configuration
The room was small and the bathroom space was tiny such that you can't sit on the bowl without hitting the sink. This is not acceptable in room 203. I have never experienced such poor bathroom arrangement. They must fix this ASAP. Hotel staff was nice. Location was excellent. Pictures were not good taste.

Perfect- started brilliantly with a welcome prosecco in the beautiful lobby, we had a lovely, tasteful and comfortable room, amazing breakfasts (and lovely staff who always remembered what we wanted to drink), really helpful and friendly staff and the private sauna was a great addition. This property is in the perfect location! Very close to excellent restaurants and bars. The room was a good size. We stayed on the first floor close to reception but there was no noise at all, we slept very well. The hairdryer in our room broke but reception quickly provided me with another. I would definitely stay here again!

Great boutique hotel in historic old town Tallinn
The first time everything was Plu-Perfect. The second time staff slipped up a bit. I asked to use the sauna at 4PM, which meant they had to warm it up. I arrived at 4 and it was cold. Staff apologized and made up for it by volunteering to give me a bottle of champagne. Nice touch. I couldn't finish it in one sitting, so I asked if they would put a cork in the bottle and begin to chill it for the next afternoon, at 3P]M. The lady at the desk the next morning apologized for not having the sauna ready the day before, and said she had the note for the staff to put ice in the ice bucket at 3PM. At 4 PM I arrived back at my room and there was no ice in the bucket, so I had to ask staff to bring ice. Staff was very good on the morning I left for my flight, when I had to leave the hotel at 5AM. Staff brought a carafe of coffee and breakfast in a bag. Phone was ODD and nonfunctional. Button next to Reception did NOT work. I asked staff to come in and look at it. Staff could not explain why "Reception" was there, as one should punch #4. But that didn't work, either. Desk staff were just down the hall from me so I went on foot with inquries.

A little tired hotel
I have been staying in hotel, on and off for the last 7 or 8 years and I feel that the look and feel of the hotel and rood is a little tired. The front desk staff, although efficient are different each time. The welcome factor by staff is not as it once was.
