Fabulous spring break! The waterpark was super cool and I enjoyed the food in the Marketplace! We journeyed off the resort as well and we were in a great location. We plan to return. 5d/4n 2 adults, 2 teens and 1 child

The water park was great but expensive since we had to pay for the full stay and we only needed to use it for one day. Also given the price of the hotel stay and water park price $49 us per day, having to pay an extra $29 us per day for parking is excessive. Parking should be included and waterpark prices should be on a as needed basis. The family really enjoyed the arcade and theater.

The check-in location was confusing. The front desk was short staffed to 1 person. Multiple times I requested additional bedding, which finally came 7 hours later at 10pm. The sheets seemed like they were not changed. There was a sucker stuck to it. And the bathroom floor was not swept or mopped. Music played from around 8 am until at least 9pm like it was a Vegas pool party. The only positive review is that it was spacious for a family of 5.

Room was not ready until 2 hours after check-in. Downstairs bathroom was disgusting; definitely not kept clean. It was super hard to understand staff as most spoke Spanish. Rooms are a maze to get to and it was super loud. I will definitely stay elsewhere if I return.

No problem with our stay for the most part, the water park at the pool area did mess up on our first pool day there but was fixed within a few hrs. No problems the second day. Only issue we had was every afternoon I had to go get more wash clothes and towels for our room. We had 5 of us in the room and house keeping kept leaving only 2 sets of each every day! Other than that everything was great!
