You get what you pay for.
We chose to stay at this property for the water park. We didnt get to use it because it was open limited hours. The facilities boasted amenities that were all either run down or not fully open. The rooms are cheap but EVERYTHING else at the hotel was expensive. The breakfast was a buffet and cost $22 a person. Parking was $27 a day. A big bottle of water was $10. The room was clean but it had deferred maintainence items such as cracked tiles, broken drawers and broken ice machine.

Nice lil impromptu vacay!
We only had a 1 nt stay but we love the fact they have so many amenities and activities available. It makes it affordable for families looking to have a nice time on a small budget. My only qualm is the elevators... they are in dire need of replacement or repair. The floors of the elevators are damaged and ot was a lil scary riding in them (by bldg 7 and 10). Aside from that, great!

the beds were comfortable. But the floors were dirty and there were gaps in the vinyl flooring, half the baseboards were missing. The restaurant that was open was good but half were shut down. I was disappointed with this property. Very run down.
