It’s an older hotel under construction. A lot of activities for the family. The waterpark was very nice. Karima was so nice by the ice cream counter provided excellent service! The food at the grill is very good. Most of the restaurants were closed due to slow season. It’s only five minutes from Disney World great location

Location of hotel is amazing. Pools woupd he better if heated. The water was ice cold and not enjoyable. Your spending extra money to enjoy to pool and slides, but th3 water is too cold to enjoy winds up not being worth it. Rooms are smaller than they look online. Decent stay.

We were in building 12 and it was a great loction to lobby area. It was quiet, the room was newly renovated and was cleaned wonderfully when we needed. The waterpark area was alot of fun. The other one was closed for renovations, although we never heard any noise but im very excited to see it when its done. They have great things coming!

Unexpected conditions, unfair price.
Hotel was in construction/remodeling, no one told us that and the price doesn’t worth what was paid, we were located in a far building with a terrible view, no elevator, we have to walk to another building to use the elevator (only one per building) of 5 floors and many many rooms… There were people smoking marihuana outside the room, parking expensive; $30 per day for parking in the street in front of the building, nothing special.

Everything from the front desk customer service, maintenance and housekeeping was phenomenal. The rooms were clean and gave every detail that was in the description. And I loved the fact that after check out, they allowed us to stay on property and enjoy the amenities. Over all VERY NICE friendly and welcoming stay.

Nightmare
Waited a hour and half after check in for a room. Reserved handicap accessible room (didnt have one available). Hidden fees for parking and resort fees. 1 elevator work 3 were out order big inconvenience. Pool area was under construction , sidewalks were blocked and hard to get around with wheelchair. At 8:30 pm fire alarm in room went off for reason had to flag down a maintenance man to turn it off . Front desk would not answer the phone. The room we stayed in was clean The beds were uncomfortable Plan to stay two nights but left after the first night. No Handicap rooms available. I asked about not being charged for the second night. A manager was supposed to call me , that didn't happen. Without the handicap room for the second night my girlfriend is handicap and couldn't take a shower and had trouble just using the restroom. I have stayed at many holiday inns and never have i experience anything like this. It ruin my whole trip and our mini vacation was cut short 😞
