Great and reasonably price hotel in Destin.

This is a very good place to stay if you are in the area. It is very comfortable and clean. The price is very reasonable, when compared to some of the places in the area. The location is good, near many businesses, and a short drive to the beach. Parking is very easy, with large parking spots. If you are looking to stay in Destin outside of a resort, this a good location.

Family-friendly hotel, with good breakfast

Great place to stay with family. My kids loved the breakfast, nothing fancy just the basic eggs and sausage. Check in was simple, 100 deposit, and the room was clean. The only negative would be the arcade park next door that got abit noisey at night but not too late.

Horrible Stay

Overall the hotel is in decent condition but the quality of the room and experience was one of the worst I've ever experienced and I travel for work constantly. Curtis at the front desk checking me in was great but that's the only positive I can give this hotel - stay ANYWHERE else there are plenty of good options in Destin My room was on the first floor and there are no blackout curtains only a sheer white curtain. The parking lot stadium lights are directly in your eye sight the entire night. As someone that sleeps pretty deep... I got 0 sleep, I'd wake up every hour feeling it was the sunlight. The wall unit AC in my room made an absolutely horrible noise the entire night. You can hear the loud noise from inside the room as well as outside the building. When I say the breakfast isn't edible... I can't understate this enough. The "biscuis" were legit hockey pucks I couldn't bite into and the egg pmlete they had was harder than rubber and somehow tasted like absolutely nothing - disgusting. In the morning I shared this experience with the front desk who very uncaring was just like "oh... sorry to hear that". I was sharing this mainly so future guests didn't have to deal with this but there will be absolutely 0 effort made to change that obviously.

Bad management and customer service

The front desk people were rude. The breakfast in the mornibg served waffles with no syrup. And i was going to book another night and they wanted to take another $100 off my cc as a deposit for the 2nd night. They already were holding $100 when i checked in for the deposit. There is no need for $200 deposit for 2 nights. I leave my rooms very clean and there customer service is rude and unexceptable.
